If you discover a security vulnerability or have a security concern, please email us at security@altscape.ai. We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours.
Responsible disclosure
We follow a coordinated disclosure approach:
- Report the issue to security@altscape.ai with enough detail to reproduce it.
- Allow us 90 days to investigate and deploy a fix before public disclosure.
- Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users.
- Do not perform attacks that could degrade service for others.
What we promise
- We will not take legal action against researchers who follow this policy.
- We will credit you in our security advisories (with your permission).
- We will keep the details of your report confidential until a fix is deployed.
Out of scope
- Social engineering or phishing against AltScape staff or users.
- Denial-of-service attacks that degrade service availability.
- Physical attacks on infrastructure.
- Issues in third-party services outside our control.
Bug bounty
We do not currently offer a paid bug bounty program. We are exploring options and will update this page when a program is available.
