1. Welcome to AltScape

AltScape is a spatial social platform that lets you explore virtual places with friends, share moments, and build a personal archive of experiences. By using AltScape, you agree to these terms.

2. Who Can Use AltScape

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use AltScape. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Do not share your account with others. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile settings.

4. Acceptable Use

Be kind. Do not harass, abuse, or discriminate against others. Do not upload illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content You Create

You keep ownership of the photos, voice notes, and text you share. By sharing them in AltScape, you grant us a limited licence to host and display them to the people you choose to share with.

6. In-App Purchases

Some experiences and creator content may require payment. All purchases are final unless required by law. Prices include applicable taxes where collected. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Liability

AltScape is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service safe and available, but we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes inside the app or by email.
